I have been photographing weddings for over twelve years and the fact that my clients are happy to recommend my services to other couples is something I take enormous satisfaction from.
Most of us have been guests at weddings where the photographer was a serious and often stern person whose lack of personal skills would see them barking orders to guests and often, being quite rude. My philosophy is that this is a wedding day and not a photoshoot and with this in mind, I try to be as unobtrusive as possible and always extremely courteous and patient.
To tell the whole story of your wedding day, I believe that it is vital I am with you for the whole day - I never take more than one booking per day and typically, my working day would see me starting around 9:00am staying well into the evening, normally around 11:00pm.
During the course of a day, I would expect to take upwards of 700 shots and because I charge an all-inclusive fee up-front, I take photographs of details often overlooked by photographers that rely heavily on the sale of reprints to boost their income from each wedding.
Albums, dvds and reprints are all sensibly priced and I am quite happy to provide full-sized original digital files on dvd to the wedding couple. This small fact should not be underestimated as it means that should you require prints you can do so without having to order these prints through me and it also means that you have photos that you can email without any restrictions.
Isn't this the way you would like your wedding photographed?
